Brewing in Chinese Gongfu Way:
Serving size: 3 grams.
Water: 150ml with temperature of 95℃–100℃.
5 steeps: rinse, 15s, 25s, 35s, 45s, 55s.
Iced Tea: 3g tea with 150ml mineral water, stay for 6-8 hours in fridge you can begin to drink the tea.
